Phi Gamma Delta Hymn

Written by

by Gerald L. Dickey (Ohio Wesleyan 1960); tune: Navy Hymn

Lyrics

The song to Alpha father grand
whose name rings throughout the land

Whose health and knowledge she God give
That our lives be fit to live

We pray that ever she may be
our guiding light for all to see.

In singing into our hearts will burn
To College men who help us learn
That we with others now must live
And to receive, we first must give

We pray to God although that he
may bless our dear fraternity.

Phi Gamma Delta star will shine
Throughout the land, the light divine.

And stead his grace to darkest night
To guide us through the path of right.

We pray that we may help make good
Our pledge to God and brotherhood.
